"Hoover Hilton"
LT Tim McGarvey, currently attached to CVW-11 with VS-29, submitted these photographs of the Hoover in action and the Lincoln battle group.

Good shot! An S-3 from CVW-3's VS-22 "Checkmates" goes off the pointy end of USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69).

Hoover at the beach! A VS-35 "Blue Wolves" S-3B, attached to CVW-14 aboard the USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), poses in front of the Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego, California.

Is it just me, or was the deck a little more level yesterday? The USS Abraham Lincoln undergoes rudder testing in this rather interesting photograph.

The Battle Group. The Lincoln battlegroup, with attached SSN in direct support, poses for a group portrait.
